ABOUT FAMILYNATION
FamilyNation invests in the future of our
youth by helping to provide grants,
leadership opportunities and services to
youth and young adults within the Tri-lakes
and Colorado Springs, Colorado area. We are
a non-profit organization devoted to
inspiring, empowering and motivating at risk
youth and young adults to bring about
positive change in their lives and
communities by improving access to needed
tools and programs. We believe that
sustainable human development is the best we
have in the fight against poverty and social

Mattie Peltier,
Founder
/ Executive Director
Mattie has a vision to close the gap between
social services and education, providing
grants, resources and tools to our youth,
building sustainable human development and
social equality. She works as a leader
within the organization to provide and direct
our vision and fundraising activities.

Patricia Mettler,
President / CFO
Patricia directs and oversees FamilyNation's works diligently with our Board and internal
team to maintain a strong financial strategic direction. She
works tirelessly to make FamilyNation a
productive and effective non-profit
organization.

Beth Bottkol,
Program Director
As
Program Director, Beth develops and implements
our non-profit organization's programs and
community outreach. She offers our board
hard work and attention to the important details
needed to ensure that our youth receive the
services they require in a timely
manner.

Karen
Peltier-Meade,
Director of Development
Karen supports all fundraising activities and is
a key fundraiser responsible for our expansion
and diversification, serving as a key leadership
team member in the strategic growth of
FamilyNation.

Luke Peltier,
Board Member
Although Luke
is only 16, and a non-voting member of the
board, he offers a unique and important insight
to the FamilyNation vision. Graduated from
High School in 2011, he is currently in his 3rd
semester at college in Colorado Springs for
Radio and Television Production.

Luke Mettler,
Board Member
Also 16, and a
non-voting member of the board, Luke is
currently studying through Colorado Early
Colleges and Colorado Tech to become a program
developer. He is dedicated to community
service.
